Privacy Policy for Quote and Booking Data

What we collect

The quote form collects your delivery ZIP code, dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size and mobile phone number. When you call, text or email, we receive your phone number or email address and what you tell us. When you book, we collect billing and delivery details needed to complete the rental.

How the form works

Quote form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, to our business email. Web3Forms processes the submission only to deliver it to us.

How we use it

We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Payment cards

Card payments are handled by our payment processor through a secure link or over the phone. Card numbers are not stored on this website.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. If basic analytics are enabled, they count page visits and calls in aggregate to improve the site.

Keeping and deleting data

Rental records also follow our rental terms. For questions before booking, see the FAQ.

We keep rental records as long as needed for billing, tax and legal purposes. To ask what we hold or to have quote-form data deleted, email info@alamogordoportapotty.com or call (575) 215-2324.
