Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment

Orders are confirmed when the e-signature order is signed and paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card. There is no separate deposit; the event price or first 28-day cycle is paid at booking. Tax-exempt organizations must send a valid New Mexico nontaxable transaction certificate before booking.

Pricing

Every order has an itemized quote listing the unit rental, delivery and pickup, service, any rush fee and gross receipts tax. No fuel surcharge or card convenience fee is added after booking.

Event rentals

Event rentals are a flat rate covering delivery through pickup. Weekend event units are normally delivered Thursday or Friday and picked up the next business day. Event units are delivered clean and stocked; mid-event service is extra.

Long-term rentals and renewal

Long-term rentals bill every 28 days to the card on file and include one service visit per week. Rentals renew each 28 days until the renter requests pickup by phone, text or email. Billing stops on the day pickup is requested, and cycles are not prorated.

Cancellation

Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery keep the delivery fee; the rest is refunded. Date changes requested more than 24 hours ahead are free.

Access and failed delivery

The renter provides a safe, level, truck-accessible spot, gate codes and an on-site contact. If a locked gate, blocked drive, wrong address or unsafe ground prevents delivery or service, a return-trip fee may be charged.

Placement and permits

The renter is responsible for permission to place the unit, including any permit for public property, streets, parks or venues. We are not responsible for damage to lawns, pavers or sprinkler lines caused by driving to a placement spot the renter chose.

Damage, theft and misuse

The renter is responsible for the unit while it is on site, including vandalism, fire, theft, graffiti and damage from misuse. Normal wear is never charged, though items dropped into the tank may carry a retrieval fee. A lock hasp is available on request.

Pickup

Event units are picked up the next business day after the event. Long-term units are picked up within two business days of the request. Units must be reachable; extra trips caused by blocked access may be charged.
