What changes a porta potty rental in Boles Acres?
Three things shape a porta potty rental in Boles Acres: septic work leaves homes without a toilet; manufactured home setups; and wide lots, sandy ground. Before you book, point out the septic tank and leach field so the unit stays clear; our driver plans the rest around the 5 local points below.
Septic work leaves homes without a toilet
Most Boles Acres homes are on septic. When a tank is pumped, replaced or a leach field is dug up, a porta potty keeps the house usable. Keep the unit well away from the work area and the leach field.
Manufactured home setups
Setting a new manufactured home, adding utilities and building decks takes crews several weeks. A 28-day rental with weekly service is the usual order.
Wide lots, sandy ground
Large lots on sandy soil make placement easy, but loose sand can sink a truck after rain. Point the driver to the driveway or a firm, graded spot.
Near Holloman and US-54
Boles Acres sits between Alamogordo and the US-54 corridor south, so same-day delivery is usually easy to schedule.
Wind exposure
Open lots get the full spring wind. Ask for tie-downs or place the unit against a fence or building.
